Buying a set that is missing a few clubs is not the best choice when learning how to golf. If you win, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. You will still be savings a lot of money because the cost and freight will be much lower than buying new ones.

For the information of beginners, there are software that teaches various aspects of golf, including the proper hand grip, the correct stance and the swing of the club. You can look for it in the computer supplies stores and in the internet, and if you are lucky you may chance upon a used copy that will cost less. Other items that can help your swing include DVD's, books, and audio tapes.

Used golf equipment at bargain prices affordable to most people are not difficult to find and buy. Once you have the needed gear, you can go to a golf course and play the game without anybody bothering with what kind of equipment you have. What will matter more and should be your concern is how you play the game.
