Can you remember the excitement of Christmas Eve as a child? Although, I have to admit, it has been a good many years since I experienced that joy, I haven't forgotten what it was like waiting breathlessly to see Santa in all his glory with loads of presents and goodies. Now I watch the grandkid's eyes shine.
Each year millions of children eagerly await the arrival of Santa Claus. Perhaps the most difficult night for youngsters to fall asleep is the night when St. Nick is due to arrive.

Because friendliness and charity fill many hearts during the Christmas season, giving gifts is natural. An expression of kindness and love is the ultimate reason for giving a gift. Whether the gift is for a loved one or a friend from work, you want that person to know they are appreciated.
Although gift giving continues throughout the entire year, it seems Christmas is the one holiday when people spend hours searching for the right gift, wrapping and stashing it away until the final moment.
